Shipping

Every order is packed and shipped by Prime Core Dynamics, in Prime Core Dynamics packaging, from its facility in Louisiana. The packing slip, the carrier label and the return address all carry the Prime Core Dynamics name.

Orders are picked and packed on business days. An order placed on a weekend or a public holiday is picked on the next business day. You are emailed when the order is placed, when it is paid, and again with the tracking number when it leaves the building.

Shipping is by USPS or FedEx, with the method shown at checkout before payment. Every shipment is tracked and the tracking number appears on the order in your account as soon as it is recorded.

Lyophilized material is stable at room temperature in transit. Check the vial and the lot number on arrival against the certificate linked from the product page, and tell us within 48 hours if anything does not match.

Orders ship within the United States. Where a material or a destination carries a restriction, the order is declined and refunded in full rather than part-shipped.
