Testing establishes the identity and purity of the material, typically by high-performance liquid chromatography, and the findings are recorded on a certificate of analysis specific to that production lot. The certificate lists what was tested, the method used, the date of analysis, and the lot number, so a vial can be traced back to its test record. Every certificate we hold is published: they are listed in our public certificate library and linked from the product pages, so you can see before ordering exactly which lots have documentation on file and which do not. A certificate of analysis describes a single lot, not a product line in general, which is why we keep per-lot records rather than one blanket document. This lot-level approach is standard practice in analytical and research chemistry.

Lot testing and certificates of analysis
Every production lot we distribute is sent to an independent laboratory for identity and purity testing before it is offered for sale. The resulting certificate of analysis is tied to the lot number printed on the vial and published in our public COA library, where it can be searched by product or lot number and opened as a PDF. Lots are documented as they are tested, so the library grows with the catalog, and a certificate stays available for as long as that lot is in circulation. If the certificate you need is not listed yet, contact us and we will send the current lot documentation.
